I totally agree with this quote.
Check out Psalm 78:72
So he shepherded them according to the integrity of his heart, and guided them by the skillfulness of his hands.
We must have both the Inward Integrity and the Outward Skills (Leadership and many others). To have one without the other will lead to failure.
